L.R.S.M. L.L.C.M. L.R.W.C.M.D. Claire has been singing and performing from a very early age. She began her training at Pattisons Theatre Arts, appearing in panto at age 11.
Continuing her training as a mezzo-soprano at The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. In her final year of training she represented Wales on a tour of Germany with the BTM Silver Band.
Following her change to the soprano repertoire she has trained and performed around Europe, with many of the world’s finest vocal coaches and pianists. Including: Jeremy Silver, Rosalind Plowright (MBE), Gail Pearson, Imelda Drumm and Claire Rutter.
Claire continues to expand her repertoire working with renowned répétiteur Janet Haney, and has recently completed further training in London at the 'National Opera Studio', the 'Associated Studios' and in South Wales at the 'Wales International Academy of Voice'.
Travelling extensively throughout the UK and Europe, Claire is concentrating on her performances in the field of Opera and her own Classical-Crossover show. She has been in concert and recitals in the UK, Spain, Gibraltar and France.
