Biography



In April 1998 Emma made her solo debut with the Royal Opera as Second Flowermaiden in Parsifal with Placido Domingo at the Royal Festival Hall and in Rome. She has also sung the role of Clorinda and covered the roles of Semele, Dorinda Orlando, and Sifare Mitridate at ROH.
 
Other roles sung include Donna Anna, Luisa Miller, Dorinda Orlando, Pamina, Adalgisa, Zerlina, Micaela, Euridice, Fiordiligi, Countess, Elena La Donna del Lago, Liù Turandot, Ilia Idomeneo, Servillia La Clemenza di Tito and the title roles in Semele, Maria Stuarda and Rossini’s Armida.
 She has released a CD Un Sospir, Handel Arias and Cantatas with London Mozart Players and recently another CD with her Chamber Music trio three4.

She performs around the UK in Oratorios and in recitals both solo and with her chamber music trio three4

In 2018 she came 4th in Bellinzona Switzerland in their Bellincanto international competition and won the Arts Song Prize in New York International Lyra Competition.

She is also a producer of Community Opera in Hackney East London and is working in Pentonville Prison developing music projects for prisoners.
