Soprano Rachel Goode from Galway, Ireland, graduated in July 2018 with distinction from the Masters in Opera Performance course at Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in Cardiff. She studied under the guidance of Suzanne Murphy and coach Michael Pollock.
In 2014 Rachel graduated with a First Class Honours,Bachelor of Music degree (specialising in vocal performance) from the DIT Conservatory of Music and Drama in Dublin, under the guidance of Colette Mcgahon-Tosh and Trudi Carberry. Rachel was awarded the Michael McNamara Gold Medal award for the highest recital mark.
In November 2017 Rachel performed the role of 'Lauretta' in RWCMD Winter Opera Gala under the baton of Carlo Rizzi and with Welsh National Opera Orchestra.
