Mezzo-soprano Elizabeth Graham was born in Washington DC and trained in London at Trinity College of Music and at the RAM. Operatic roles include the title role in Handel’s Giulio Cesare, Arnalta and Nutrice in L’Incoronazione di Poppea, Zita Gianni Schicchi, and Orlofsky Fledermaus. In 2012 she sang the leading role of the Therapist in the world premiere of Toby Young’s new opera The Daisy Chain at the Tête à Tête Festival at Riverside Studios. Earlier this year she understudied the roles of Flosshilde and Schwertleite in Fulham Opera’s celebrated Ring cycle; she has also sung Page of Herodias in Salome and Erste Magd/Schleppträgerin in Elektra for Fulham Opera with conductor Ben Woodward. Upcoming engagements include Mrs Sedley in Fulham Opera’s orchestral concert performance of Peter Grimes.
