“But the music sparkles and it is hilarious when village maiden Rose Maybud (Rosanna Harris) flits from one lover to another, then a third within a minute or two.” (https://www.google.co.uk/amp/www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-6045757/amp/ITS-FRIDAY-OPERA-Heres-Ruddi-good-caper-Gilbert-Sullivan-marvel-at.html) (2018)
“Rose Maybud, the not-as-innocent-as-she-makes-out soprano heroine was Rosanna Harris: her dialogue was charming throughout as were her facial expressions, and her singing a delight, for example her first act song “If somebody there chanced to be”. It was instructive and essential to be able to hear all her words: perfect diction!”( http://operetta-research-center.org/national-gilbert-sullivan-opera-company-ruddigore/) (2018)
“Silvery voiced Rosanna Harris is crystal clear as the hilariously prim Rose Maybud.” (http://www.ilkleygazette.co.uk/leisure/leisure_ents/16417053.review-ruddigore-at-harrogate-international-gs-festival/) (2018)
"Rosanna Harris, as Giannetta, the soprano foil to Adina, proved herself a star, with a silvery voice and presence that should soon be an asset to any professional company." (http://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/whats-on/music-nightlife-news/review-lelisir-damore--rncm-6385998) (2013)

British-Canadian soprano Rosanna Harris graduated from the Royal Northern College of Music with a Master’s Degree and Postgraduate Diploma in Voice, both with distinction. Whilst at the RNCM she was a finalist in The Elizabeth Harwood Memorial Prize and a finalist in The Joyce and Michael Kennedy Award for the Singing of Strauss.
She recently sang the roles of Mab/Adelaide in Jonathan Dove’s The Enchanted Pig for Hampstead Garden Opera. A review commented, “Adelaide ... was gleamingly sung by soprano Rosanna Harris. Her Tiara aria was just as entertaining, divaesque and catchy as one would imagine for an evil bridezilla ...”
Another notable performance was Giannetta in Donizetti’s L’elisir d’amore at the RNCM. A review in The Manchester Evening News noted that 'Rosanna Harris, as Giannetta ...proved herself a star, with a silvery voice and presence that should soon be an asset to any professional company’.
Rosanna Harris’s operatic repertoire also includes Una voce dal cielo Don Carlo, Sandman (c.) Hansel & Gretel, Rose Maybud Ruddigore, Phyllis Iolanathe, Zerlina Don Giovanni, Bianca/Gabriela La Rondine, Tytania A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Valencienne The Merry Widow, Molly Brazen The Beggar’s Opera, Susanna Le nozze di Figaro, Pamina Die Zauberflöte, Sophie Werther and Oscar Un ballo in maschera.
