We are excited to announce another fantastic addition to the Audition Oracle Singers' Preparation Award! Photographer Julian Guidera has generously donated 2x 60-minute headshot sessions (worth £120 each) at the stunning 1901 Arts Club.
This award is perfect for student singers and emerging artists seeking high-quality images for social media, websites, auditions, and applications.
About the Headshot Session
Location:1901 Arts Club, conveniently situated between the Royal Academy of Music (RAM), Royal College of Music (RCM), and Guildhall School of Music & Drama (GSMD), and opposite Waterloo Station.
Features:A grand piano for use during the session.
Results:A personal gallery provided after the shoot, with an intuitive tick system to select your favourite shots.
The two winners of this award will be able to contact Julian directly to arrange a suitable date for their session.
About Julian Guidera
Julian Guidera is a highly respected photographer, frequently commissioned by prestigious organisations such as Welsh National Opera, Garsington Opera, English Touring Opera, Dorset Opera Festival, and the National Opera Studio. He is also the resident photographer at Garsington Opera, capturing dress rehearsals, concerts, young artists, education projects, and company events.
In addition to his work in the UK, Julian has photographed productions for Romanian National Opera, Royal Academy of Music, and If Opera. His images have been widely published in Opera, Opernwelt, Opera Now, The New York Times, The Financial Times, The Guardian, The Observer, The Times, and other leading publications.
With a background as a trained baritone from RSAMD (now the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland), Julian brings a unique understanding of the performing arts to his photography. His experience as a performer and his in-depth operatic knowledge allow him to anticipate key moments and create striking images that tell a story.
