Adam Jondelius is a Swedish born Baritone who grew up in Gloucestershire, England.
His interest in singing started as a chorister at Tewkesbury Abbey Choir School, singing
Evensong and enjoying frequent tours all around the world.
He carried on singing chorally and involving himself in other music projects through
college, and afterwards completed a Bachelor of Science degree at Staffordshire
University whilst having singing lessons under the tutelage of Anne Dawson.
In 2012 he accepted a place at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, singing
under Eric Roberts, Ingrid Surgenor and Michael Pollock, and has just finished the
Master's course in Opera Performance.
In his short professional career so far, he has been involved in various opera festival
companies, and has played roles such as Steward – Flight (RWCMD), Swede/Crony
(WNYO), Papageno – The Magic Flute (RWCMD), Vicar (Cover Sid) – Albert Herring
(RWCMD), Forrester – The Cunning Little Vixen (RWCMD) and Count Almaviva - The
Marriage of Figaro (RWCMD).
