Charlotte is a 24 year old light lyric soprano who grew up in Cardiff, South Wales. She always loved to sing and decided to explore classical singing properly at the age of 10 when she joined the Welsh National Youth Opera. She has since gone on to do a MMus in Music Performance at RWCMD where she will be graduating in the summer of 2023.
Charlotte is currently working with the Welsh National Youth Opera in their upcoming productions of 'The Crab who played with the Sea' and 'Pied Piper and Hamlin.' She is also an avid workshop and music teacher as alongside her singing projects, she is passionate about working with children as she is a Performing Arts teacher at Jigsaw Cardiff, a co-leader and Trustee of Cardiff Children’s Choir and also a workshop leader with Cardiff and the Vale Music Service as she has recently run opera workshops in and around Cardiff alongside workshops ranging from as far as Pembrokeshire to North Wales. She also works with Forget me knot choir which is an organisation that helps people suffering with Dementia to enjoy their life to the fullest.
