Chloe Studied graduated from the University of Manchester with a first class bachelor of music degree in 2013, and since then has continued her studies under Ryland Davies and Deborah Rees. In September 2016, she will begin an MA in Vocal Studies at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, London, studying under Alison Wells.
Since graduating, Chloe has performed in oratorio, opera and recitals; in particular working as a soprano soloist in the South West. Her solo concert repertoire includes Handel's Messiah, Mendelssohn's Elijah, Brahms' Ein Deutsches Requiem, Faure's Requiem, Vivaldi's Gloria and Haydn's Nelson Mass, in Exeter Cathedral. Her roles have included Lauretta in Puccini's Gianni Schicchi (Scheggino Opera, Umbria, Italy), Venus in John Blow's Venus and Adonis (Manchester University Music Society), Soprano Soloist in Purcell's The Fairy Queen (City Lit Opera), and in scenes she has performed as Susanna in Mozart's Le Nozze di Figaro, Anne Page in Vaughan Williams' Sir John in Love, Angelica in Handel's Orlando, and Gilda in Verdi's Rigoletto. She has perfomed as a member of the chorus for Handel's Semele (Manchester University Music Society), and in Verdi's Aida and Beethoven's Fidelio for Dorset Opera Festival.
Whilst at University Chloe was a member of the chamber choir Ad Solem, with whom she performed numerous concerts in the North West, and toured to Italy. She also had the opportinity to sing with the Hallé choir, conducted by Sir Mark Elder, on two occasions. She spent a semester abroad studying at the Melbourne Conservatorium, Australia.
