Covered Covered & Performed Scenes Premiere of New Work Concert
A graduate from Birmingham Conservatoire in 2012, Dale Harris is now working as Freelance Travelling Musician. Studying under Tenor, Justin Lavender at Music College, Dale was a Choral Scholar at the City of Birmingham Symphony Chorus for 3 years as a 1st Tenor, performing with them in excellent venues such as The Symphony Hall and The Royal Albert Hall and abroad. Shortly after graduating Dale quickly found work as a Singer, including a run at the Royal Shakespeare Company, a successful audition and partipation in the Philharmonia Chorus' Professional Singers Scheme, occasionally singing with the Armonico Consort and regular singing as a 1st Tenor in professional Chamber Choir; Blossom Street. As a soloist, Dale sings regularly in Oratorio and Opera including performances Handel's Messiah & Britten's War Requiem, and also in Opera, featuring as Gaston in Verdi's La Traviatta, Malcolm in Verdi's Macbeth and Pong in Puccini's Turandot. In Summer 2014, Dale also toured with the National Gilbert & Sullivan Opera Company for 6 months in the Chorus. Last year, Dale took part in another run of shows at the RSC, featuring from May – September 2015 in The Merchant of Venice in Stratford-upon-Avon. Upcoming engagements include work as a soloist around the Midlands and in Summer 2016 a first solo opportunity internationally, performing 'Liverpool Oratorio'.
