Dumisa Masoka is a 26 year old South African Tenor, born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa. He hold a Diploma in Music Performance (Specializing in Opera) from the University of Cape Collage of Music under the guidance of Mr Sipho Fubesi. He just fineshed his 2nd year Postgraduate Diploma in Music Performance ( Specialising in Opera) and his expected to graduate in March 2025.
As a member of various choruses, he had the opportunity to perform in numerous production as Chorus including Don Pasquale, I Capuletti e I Montecchi, Alcina, La Travifa and Dalinda. His notable roles include Sara Baartman (1st Rake), Les Contes D’offmann (Spalanzani), La Travifa (Giuseppe), L’inganno Felice (Bertrando), Dalinda (Elmelik) and Turn of the screw (Prologue & Peter Quint).
Dumisa also had privilege of participating in Masterclasses led by renowned South African Singers, Levy Sikgapane and Sunnyboy Dladla, further refining his craft.
