Ham&High: "the remarkable Eliran Kadussi whose lament for Poppea will linger in the memory" - David Winskill (2023)
Opera Magazine: "As Ottone, Eliran Kadussi Complemented a silky agile countertenor with easy physical assurance and a nice sense of irony" - Yehuda Shapiro (2023)
OperaToday “Eliran Kadussi was in beguiling voice, mischievously conveying the musical and dramatic irony, but also capturing the moments of pathos, as in ‘Voi che udite’ where Ottone pours out his sorrow at being accused of betrayal by his beloved Poppea and Emperor Claudius, whose life he had saved. I’ve heard Kadussi sing several times, in GSMD productions, and the sweet, full tone and stylish execution that I’ve admired on those occasions again offered much enjoyment.” (2023)
The Stage "As Ottone, Eliran Kadussi’s duet with, and beside, oboist David Price is spellbinding. Without indulging in ‘countertenor-limpid’, Kadussi maintains a honeyed tone throughout, and is also amusingly comic, embracing his character’s melodrama." - David Benedict (2023)
“Young Eliran Kadussi, singing in the countertenor range for only three months, displayed a powerful voice and promise in the Judicabit, its melismatic passages a demanding task for any singer!” – Pamela Hickman, Pamela Hickman’s concert critique blog (2015)
Eliran Kadussi, a rising countertenor, recently achieved distinction in his postgraduate studies at the prestigious Guildhall School of Music and Drama, London. Worldwide in scope, his artistic journey flourishes through collaborations with esteemed institutions like Hampstead Garden Opera, the London International Festival of Early Music, Cambridge Handel Opera Company, London Handel Festival, Abu Gosh Festival, and Barock Vokal Akademie.
