Elizabeth is a full-lyric soprano. Recent operatic roles include Silvia (Mascagni’s Zanetto), Flora (Dove’s The Enchanted Pig, Interplay Theatre), Rosalinde (J. Strauss’ Die Fledermaus), cover Mrs Page (Vaughan-Williams’ Sir John in Love, Opera Holland Park), and Semele (Handel’s Semele, Riley Theatre). She has also performed as Saffi (J. Strauss’ Der Zigeunerbaron), Paquette/Cunegonde (Bernstein’s Candide), Mrs Grose (Britten’s Turn of the Screw), Melia (Mozart’s Apollo et Hyacinthus), and Dido (Purcell’s Dido and Aeneas).
Elizabeth is an alumna of King’s College London and University of Leeds where she received two awards for music performance. She is also a Europe winner of the International Music Grand Prix. Elizabeth is currently studying with John Evans, and has previously completed workshops and masterclasses with Sir Mark Elder, Nicholas Kramer, Matthew White, Rodula Gaitanou, and John Savournin as part of the Serena Fenwick Programme out of the National Opera Studio in London.
In addition to opera, Elizabeth is a busy concert soloist, having performed recently with Leeds Haydn Players, Leeds Symphony Orchestra, and as part of the Leeds International Concert Series.
