Belgian-born lyric soprano Eve Marie is based in North Wales. She made her stage debut as Young Cosette in the official Antwerp production of Les Misérables at the Stadsschouwburg and subsequently performed in numerous productions with the children's chorus of Opera Ballet Vlaanderen.
Recent engagements include Despina and Gherardino with the Netherlands Lyric Opera Festival, and Zerlina (Don Giovanni), Il Pastore (Tosca) and Countess Ceprano (Rigoletto) with North Wales Opera. She has also performed scenes as Pamina (Die Zauberflöte), Countess Almaviva (Le nozze di Figaro) and Maria (West Side Story).
A former student of Chetham's School of Music, Eve appeared in the Gabrieli Consort's recording of Haydn's Creation and was a Young Artist with the OperUs Academy in Trieste, Italy. Her concert appearances include Handel's Messiah, Mendelssohn's Elijah and the world premiere of Jon Guy's Gresford: Up from Underground.
Upcoming performances include scenes as Musetta (La Boheme), Micaëla (Carmen), Countess Almaviva (Le nozze di Figaro) and Violetta (La traviata), and soprano soloist in Handel's Messiah.
