Born in Colombia, soprano Luisa Trejos studied classical singing at the University of Antioquia in Medellín, she received a scholarship to carry out an academic exchange in Belgium and obtained her singing diploma (Bachelor with distinction) at the Royal Conservatory of Mons in 2018. Subsequently, she joined the professional singing training of the Maîtrise NotreDame de Paris in France where she trained with Valérie Guillorit and benefited from masterclasses with Margreet Honig, Rosa Dominguez, Regina Werner and Marcel Boone. As part of the work at the Maîtrise Notre-Dame; Luisa has sang, in particular, at Radio France, at the Cathedral Notre-Dame in Paris and at the Victoria hall in Geneva, under the baton of different directors such as Raphael Pichon, Christophe Rousset and Jos Van Veldhoven.

In 2016 Luisa received the second prize in the "Hugo Wolf" singing competition in Colombia. In 2018, she also obtained third prize at the X ° International voice competition « Bell’Arte » Jeunes Talents in Belgium. In 2019 she performed as a soloist in the International Baroque Academy of the Périgord Noir festival in Montignac, France under the musical direction of Inaki Encina. She has participated in numerous masterclasses and workshops, notably with César Castro, Camila Toro, Janet Williams and Carlos Aransay.

Currently she is pursuing a Masters in singing performance at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel.
