Young german soprano Magdalena Hinz made her debut 2008 singing „Maria“ and later „angel“ in the performance „Salzburger Adventsingen im Großen Festspielhaus“. This was followed by Lied recitals at the „Staatstheater Darmstadt“ and the festival „klang w e r k LIED“ in Freiburg as well as performances with Mozarts „Exsultate Jubilate“ and requiem with the orchestra „Göttinger Barockorchester“. During the seasons 2016/17 Magdalena performed the part of Quiteria in the opera „Don Quichotte“ by G.Ph. Telemann at the Osnabrück theatre. She is currently studying with Henryk Böhm at the Hanover University of Music, where she performed Pamina in „The Magic Flute“. At the festival „Internationales Musikfestival Heidelberger Frühling“ she got a scholarship for its Lied Academy under Thomas Hampson. She is scholarship holder of the „Walter und Charlotte Hamelstiftung“, the „Yehudi Menuhin Live Music Now Hannover e.V.“, the "Oscar und Vera Ritter-Stiftung” as well as award winner of the "Kammeroper Schloss Rheinsberg". She took part at the belcanto academy “Rodolfo Celletti 2018” in Italy and sang Clorinda in Rossinis “Cenerentola” at the opera festival “festival della Valle d’Itria” in Martina Franca.
