Richard is a British Tenor currently living in Berlin, Germany. After training at the RNCM between 2006-10 Richard had a career as both chorister and soloist working for OHP for the best part of a decade as well as working with various touring and local opera groups singing principle roles in La Traviata, Ballo in Maschera, Lucia di Lammermoor, Rigoletto etc. During Covid Richard took a sabbatical and after careful consideration moved to Berlin where he has been working diligently since Jan 2022 on improving his skills and studying with Klaus Sallmann (Staatsoper Berlin) and Uwe Griem , focusing on the Germanic and Italian repertoire. Richard is now intent on launching himself back into the operatic world and performing at the highest level.
