I was pleased to hear Sibel recently and was most impressed by her lovely ,clear soprano voice. She has an ideal combination of clarity mixed with splendid musicianship and the ability to colour her voice expressively. She arrived in the U.K. recently and has used the last few months to learn English and to find her feet. She has been singing as a most valued member of the London Symphony Chorus in a wide range of repertoire ,mostly contemporary but mixed with Haydn and Beethoven. I took part in many concerts as a chorister and soloist in Turkey as an opera singer. I sing songs in jazz and several genres, mainly opera. I've been living in London for a year. I continue my music and work life in London.
I had study operatic roles include Le nozze di Figaro-Susanna , Idomeneo- Ilia, La Finta Semplice- Rosina by Mozart, Gulius Cesare - Cleopatra by Handel , La Bohéme- Musetta by Puccini.

Academic Background
I was accepted to the Conservatory Choral Singing by Istanbul University and successfully graduated. In 2008 I was accepted for further education (undergraduate) in Opera at the same University and graduated and completed in 3rd place in 2015. In 2016 I completed training at Istanbul University Hasan Ali Yucel Education Faculty, hold a valid Pedagogical Formation Certificate.
Workshop and other pieces of training I attended are as follows.
In 2012, I attended Soprano Rita Susowski's vocal training workshop
In 2013, I took part in the acting workshop with David Walsh, the University of Minnesota Twin Cities opera director.
Between 2014-2017, I attended to Jazz Workshop run by Sibel Kose, one of Turkey's Well known Jazz vocal in 2016. She attended the 46th International Pulawy workshop in Pulawy, Poland.
The same year, I attended to Jazz Workshop ran by American Bel canto singer and jazz vocalist Judie Niemack.
In 2017 I had training at the first Gumusluk Jazz festival. I worked with Ece Goksu, one of the jazz vocalists of Turkey.
In 2019, II took lessons from American jazz singer Randy Kartigener Esen.
In 2020, I attended online workshops by the world-famous opera singer Soprano Lisette Oropesa.
I also took classical singing lessons from the world-famous Turkish opera singer Burak Bilgili in 2020.

London experiences.
I have joined London Symphony Chorus as a Soprano in September 2021, still actively taking part in under the management of musical directors Sir Simon Rattle and Simon Halsey.
In October 2021, I have performed under London Symphony Chorus in ‘The Dante ‘ballet performance directed by Royal Opera House.

I have joined London Film Music Orchestra as a Soloist.

In the meantime, I carry on private piano and vocal lessons and perform Turkish music.

Turkey experiences.
In June 2021, I won the Istanbul State Opera as a chorister. But my UK visa was accepted, I couldn't continue because I started living in London.
In March of the same year, I performed with Opera Singer Burak Bilgili as a soloist with the Balkan symphony orchestra.
I won 3rd prize at Istanbul Baroque aria singing competition.
In 2019, she took part as a chorister in the "Su Kasidesi Oratorio", composed by Azerbaijani Pike Axundova, directed by Rengim Gokmen.
I took part as a soloist with the esteemed Turkish Trumpet artist Senova Ulker at the concert of Baroque and jazz Music that reflects the common aspect of these two different types, directed by Nail Yavuzoglu, who is a lecturer at Istanbul Technical University State Conservatory and the musical director of Cemal Resit Rey Big band.
In 2018, I won the second prize in the jazz vocal competition organized by the Nardis jazz club. I performed at the 25th International Istanbul Jazz Festival of the Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts.
I performed as a Soloist, Soprano of the Symphony orchestra at the Youth Concert, organized by Istanbul State Opera and Ballet
In 2017, I took part as a chorist in the Nazım Hikmet Oratorio, composed by the world-famous Turkish Pianist Fazıl Say.
Between 2016, 2020 I worked as a piano and voice instructor at Yildiz Simsek Eroglu Yesilkoy Muzik Atolyesi (Affiliated to the Ministry of Education), Examination centre of London College of Music.
After completing Pedagogical Formation in 2016, I worked as an intern music teacher at Besiktas Sabanci Anatolian High School.
The same year, I won second place in a vocal competition organized by the Nardis jazz club. I was entitled to participate free of charge in the international jazz workshop in Pulawy, Poland.
In 2015, I played "Rosina" in W.A.Mozart's Opera play La Finta Semplice.
The same year, I worked as a piano and voice instructor at Nil Yenigun Music Academy and Examination centre of London College of Music.
Between 2014 and 2018, I took part as a soprano in the Sirene Women's Choir, which was directed by the Istanbul State Opera Choir Musical Director Volkan Akkoc.
I took part in the 10th International Johannes Brahms choir competition, where the Sirene choir won gold medals in two categories.
In 2012, I worked as a soprano in the Rezonans Choir, directed by Burak Onur Erdem and the same year, I worked as a vocal instructor at the music courses run by Bakırkoy Art and Art life.
I took part in Borusan Istanbul Philharmonic Choir as a Soprano.
In 2011, I took part as a chorister in Henry Purcell's opera play "Dido and Aeneas", which was performed at Istanbul State Opera House.
