Dear Singers,
I am pleased to announce, that I am going to organize with my friends and colleagues Mari Laurila and Richard Rittlemann (Stretta Artists Management) in Sulkava/Finland a workshop for young singers, who aim to start a career as an opera singer and are preparing themselves to for auditions or competitions.
Unfortunately my agencies Opera-Connection and Stretta Artists Management are not organizing auditions at the moment for the reason, that we seldom find singers from auditions. Instead we prefer to go to the competitions or hear the singers in performances/ on stage, which is the best way of getting to know an artist.
For last 10 years I have organized some workshops and masterclasses about auditioning and career development, where we have gotten to know the artists very well, and as a result we have signed some singers to the agency.
